  1. Kalau sudah pakai HRM, ga takut lagi “push the limit”. Pelajari zone BPM dan ketahui batas maksimal jantung. Insya Allah aman.

      Iya ternyata kalo aku ikutin zona green dan yellow dr Micoachnya ternyata lari ku sangat lambat sekali, butuh sering latihan
